Living way inland here in Ontario I do not think about traffic on the ocean but after seeing how many boats came up on that site I can see how it would be very handy to have.
Sure would cut the number of surprises in fog like your picture.

Pretty hard to turn some of those big ships without thinking ahead quite a ways I suppose.

I have played with the map at the Dockyard web cam site before but happened to scroll out and kept finding more and more ships, was surprised the ocean was that busy.
Do you suppose there are enough berths if every ship tried tieing up at once or would some have to wait off shore.

Just thinking it might be interesting to check that site when Brazil is lined up trying to ship soybeans.
