I set all the clocks back yesterday and I've stayed up later at night for the last couple of days.  Then I took 3 Advil and still woke up at 5 standard time this morning.  I really don't need to be up at 5 this time of year, hate getting up in the dark and having it dark so early in the evening.

As the winter progresses we'll probably be able to sleep until 6 or 6:30.
