Craigslist is your friend.  Figure out what you want and then just watch Craigslist.  Lots of city folks spend money on toys that they never end up using.  After several years of taking up space in their garage they decide they would rather have the room and sell it at a discount.  We rarely buy new, but we have bought numerous ATVs several years old with less than 200 miles on them.  This spring we picked up 2 that both barely had 100 miles on them.  They are usually decked out with all of the extras that the guy selling it can never expect to get his money back out of them.
