I have often thought that it if you receive welfare should have to take a drug test and of course pass it. Basically your working for the government at that point no different than working for a company that drug tests there employees. Then I suppose they would for sure turn to a life of crime or maybe straighten up. Who knows
I agree with your position. So I asked if a testing procedure could be established. Was told the cost of administering the testing would far exceed the welfare payments. So I guess we just keep sending checks are look the other way.
