This is a CIH field cultivator http://www.caseih.com/products/series.aspx?seriesid=129&lineid=6&&navid=105&RL=ENNA Veggie posted a CIH (actually Flexicoil) chisel plow. A field cultivator has 3x3 or 3x4 frame and 6-9" shank spacing, with about 200 lbs shanks and about 24" of clearance under the frame. The one Veggie linked is comparable to the one you linked except a little bit wider. It has 650 lb shanks on 9 or 12" spacing with about 32" of clearance under frame.
