| "Here", dragging it through a rice paddy leaving ruts that 2 diskings and a landplane have trouble cleaning up, it takes a tractor that big to pull it....."There", perhaps not...we try not to cut fields that wet, but sadly, it happens.. Over the years, we've found that we actually prefer the larger tractors for carts, they leave less ruts, better visibility, and simply removes uncertainty....when we run the carts on the fwa 8420's, the tractors get a sound thrashing from the weight and rough conditions...put it on the 4wd's and the cart takes the thrashing...carts way cheaper repairs than tractors.. | |
