Central Illinois | I was so frustrated about being unable to reach them by fax or email. Finally took to Facebook. Boy, talk about a fast response!!!! The lady assured me that they had everything they needed and the checks were in the mail for my late daughter's 401k. I thanked her very much, and asked about her the Defined Benefits Retirement Plan. She replied that it was handled by my daughter's old company, and she had never heard of the lady I have been talking to. It appears that all of the information I was faxing to lady number one was getting to Vanguard, but not to the lady I have been talking to the last five years. I even received my check today.
So, I guess Monday I again call the lady I have been talking with for the last five years and find out who she works for. And then away we go again. But, it appears Vanguard is clean in this. And I have apologized to them. | |
