Pay a lawn service. I am 3 miles out from the city limits and they come once a week. They charge by the man hour and it is about the same $ per year that I was spending on lawn mower trades and this way takes none of my time. After 3 years of doing this, I have a nicer lawn then I ever had trying to do it myself.
