Have Central Boiler, larger one with a 22"X30" door. Get a big door like mine for ease of loading. He will be able to heat a shop as well as his hot water needs. Should install a larger than normal hot water tank with a heat exchanger. Watch for codes for distance from home or other buildings for insurance purposes. Here its 60 feet min.
