MN | Perfect Timing!
I just ordered the kit this morning.
I couldn't see a thing blowing snow.
I'm not a big fan of those connectors either, but this spot looks pretty easy to get to if it needs to be fixed. The heat shrink butt connectors only last about a year longer than a regular butt connector on truck lights. Only almost permanent solution is a solder gun and heat shrink with the liquid melt liner.
