Slightly off topic,  but related........

It is interesting  (interesting  to me,  at least )  how we all take the skills and talents we have for granted, and  while tending to minimise them, we  naturally assume that everybody  else  can  do  them as well,  ..........PLUS.........  they  can do all those cool things  which we  struggle with, and wish we could  do .

But that isn't how it is at all. 

And it isn't the same thing,  but  we have all  seen the highly educated,  often much lauded-in-their-field individual  who hasn't got the common sense to come in out of the rain, or grasp the simplest example of Cause & Effect.

So..... don't take your skills and talents for granted.    There are many  who would be envious of that which you possess.    

But remember also...no matter how good you are at something,  there is always  someone who can do it better than you.
