+1 on the $$$$. Most professional sports recognize they are first and foremost an entertainment industry. It's no longer about sport. It's about how many tickets, broadcast deals, and merchandising they can sell. Owners and players do get paid a ton, but when we as the consumer buy their product, they are getting their ROI.
