The other day there was a guy that disappeared from a halfway house after being in jail for 2 years of a 25 year sentence.If you only spend a fraction of time in jail that you are supposed to why not surrender the second you are caught and not risk life by shooting someone.But I guess if you are the guy that ran off just weeks from getting 20 years off your sentence you might not be the sharpest anyway.
Cop murders come to IA. What a shame.
