Subject: Digging around bin

Nevada, Iowa
I've got a grain bin at a remote location that has some serious digging around the foundation. I'm familiar with rodent sign and this is way different. This critter will dig through gravel and dig large. We are seeing more ground hogs in the area and I'm wondering if that's what I've got. Holes are too big for rats and too small for badgers. If ground hogs, what control measures are best? Will the one feeding rat baits kill them? Thanks
