Drawing into your own little market will not make a country successful in the world today where trade and goods move around the world overnight.
Getting efficient is the way to succeed.
I am sorry it's neither fair or "getting efficient" when the US producer has to compete in sectors where the Canidian government pours billions of dollars to compete. Nice try. If the government paid my bills I could be "more efficient" Lol
