I completely understand your rant. the problem is that if you complain or ask for an adjustment , the next time they work for you they can just "tack on" more time or "shop supplies" . we'll never come out ahead on these deals unless you NEVER do business with them again. which is probably unlikely for most of us. we're all screwed.
