| I heard a story 30 years ago that was so good I didn't care to find out if it was true or not........ a local tractor puller (no idea what tractor was, just that it was on the national circuit) was driving the pulling tractor from one farm to another when he was pulled over for no SMV sign, somehow he talked trooper into checking his speed and if it was under 20MPH, farmer would accept ticket. I guess trooper never even checked back with farmer after the 80MPH speed check. | |
