Kindly advise on an idea where to look for skillful specialists in US argiculture for employment, different spheres: agronomists, crop scouts, production technicians, field operations managers, seed breeders, farmers who make contract works, etc.
What are the most appropriate job sites? We look for specialists in the following states: ND, SD, MN, IA, IL, MI, MO, WI, NE. Is it better to use recruiting agencies, if so, why?
If you could advise on the salary rate of those positions, that could be a plus.
