Scranton | Local friend of a friend got in an accident this spring, then they thought he was having a heart attack...about 70 years old. So they life-flighted him 60 miles to Des Moines. When they got the bill it was very close to $100,000. Medicare will pay 80%, but they are responsible for the other $20 grand.
