My theory on it is you can rent a lot of ground if you got the money, but you will only have it till the next guy comes along with more. The landlords that come to you and ask you to farm it want YOU farming it and are typically going to be easier to deal with. Start drinking coffee and try to be friends with the old guys that don't have a kid taking over.
