It has been a while since I have been around the CJ-5 I used to have. If it was me, I would be routing the fuel and brake lines down the inside of the frame. This would keep them out of harms way, if he decides to do some off-roading. I would probably run the brake lines down the drivers side and the fuel line down the passenger side. It may not be necessary, but may be nice to keep them away from each other.
