Ok is whatever works for you.

My opinion (worth what you paid) is a building like that is going to cost some serious coin-I would want the entire thing to hold up. Take a look around at 20 year old buildings and I think you will find some hold up better than others. For that kind of money don't skimp on the frame-can you maybe save some money elsewehere on inside and then add that later vs the frame and exterior which will be forever.
