53590 | Built a lean to off the barn used original milk house and put a small utility room to connect them. double 10 pit parlor end exit with single return lane and a an 80 foot long holding pen put me at 120,000. Sounds expensive but for 200 cows it was really nice. Sure beat the heck out of the 6 shifts of cows through the stanchion barn! I put in a new parlor with new pulsators and take offs or I could've gotten that price down some more yet. I put in westfalia surge parabone with indexing which I wouldn't go with out. I made my return lane 76inches wide so I could get skid steer down it. | |
