I would spread It myself. I did 150 acres this morning and moved farms 3 times. If I save $2 per acre after my cost that's $300 for a mornings work.... Have you ever noticed that when they spread fertilizer they came out perfectly?
If you don't have anything better to do I guess it is a good deal.
I ran a spreader for 5 years most of the time I came out very close at the end. That is what good operators and good machines get you. |
