1985 our daughter cost $1800 or so. We had no insurance at the time. The company
I was working for changed insurance carriers in the middle of the pregnancy, we got lost
and axed in the shuffle.
Boss was a stand up guy and helped us out, from his own pocket.
Men like that are hard to find nowadays.
