Subject: liquid manure tanks and tractor horse power

southwest minnesota
Thought about asking this in machinery talk but decided to try here first. Is there a general rule of thumb for how much horse power you need to pull a manure tank of a certain size? i.e. horse power/gallon or horse power/1000 gallons? Im sure it depends on tank brand, disc covers/injection type, etc... but just wondering if there was any general rule as to how big of a tractor you would need.
