head in the sand-they can import beef cheap-the single most unthinkable thing has happened-they have foot and mouth -and now its ok to import-all for free trade but not for free disease
hamburger demand helped beef to higher dollars -now the hamburger can come in by boatloads-
they are building feedlots with very little epa interference
