| With the way milk prices currently are (and the way they probably will be for several years) doing it on the cheap and efficient is the only way.
We are doing some upgrades now to an existing parlor and I am amazed at how cheap used equipment is right now.
I'm no building expert, but I think a shell for a double 6 would not be that expensive, and likely would.be as cheap as trying to retro-fit a tie-stall barn.
