The problems between Russia and Ukraine with natural gas being shut off has caused two fertilizer companies to shut down. http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20090106/wl_nm/us_russia_ukraine_gas_57 Look near the end of the article, probably urea, this could be a small blip or a problem.
