All I ever use is autos and the were well use before we got them. If not adjusted right for the size of the animal I have seen them hip lock but take one bolt out and their free with no lasting injuries. I should add all the head locks I used/helped with were for-most brand.

I would like to try a manual with rear controls, never knew they made such a thing.
