| Cow I bought off a guy when I leased his grass - she's never seen cake and very little hay (he'd hire me in snow storms to roll junk hay out) other wise she's been roughed - his cows were bred to start calving April 15 and beyond - don't know how old he is but he impressed me the other evening enough I took a snap - gonna wean this set this weekend
Cow hay (standing) brush hogged the egdes the other day to put up hot fence - 80 acres and about 200 quail and a herd of deer inhabit it for now - critters running and flying all over
Friend with his Pete and ground load hauling trader cows to a new owner - been getting a load a week and putting wheels underneath them quickly - think the margin is about gone in those - pencil tells me 300# unweaned calves for wheat if it will rain is next in line
