Well since we are not on that end of the chicken, I will answer it the best I can. Other growers with what they call layer houses produce the eggs for hatching. They get picked up I'm pretty sure within 24 hr of laying and they are transported to the hatchery. Stay in controlled incubators for however long til they hatch. I think that's pretty close. Haha
