What are you using for a powder and what machine. One problem I see is our machine max mixing temp is only 108. We seem to have better luck with pasteurized milk for that reason. I will agree it never ceases to amaze me how things work different on different farms. Also for water supply are you using hard or soft water and how many calves on the machine.
