| I have been looking into putting up a barn to feed cattle in to make use of cheap wet distillers and beet pulp. Building salesmen hit me with"the money you"'ll make on the manure will make your building payment. Mary Berg from NDSU ext.@ Carrington sent me a sheet that said based off 193 samples in ND N=13.1 lbs/ton and. P=6.5 lbs./ton and K=12.9Lbs/ton. Given urea up here is under $300/ton and MAP is under $450. That ain't making my payment unless I pay 80% down. Is bed pack manure that much higher in nutritents other than higher K values if using straw for bedding or was my B.S sensor still functioning correctly.
Thanks
