NS Canada | Have one thru my place too.. No chance of getting it back now, and very few were wise enough to get it in writing from the start. I took to upkeeping it some over the yrs, as I can travel between fields faster at times, so its a help to me.
They've since dumped a bunch of money into it and its a busy walking/biking trail. But I got an agreement stating I can do pretty much anything I want on it, except build upon it. | |
