Chilliwack BC Canada | Ive been having a hard time getting our regular hooftrimmer to come and do a normal maintianance hooftrim. I talked to him over 4 weeks ago asking when he would be able to come and do 10-12 cows, he said he had to check his schedule and would let me know. Got no response back. Called his house and left a message 10 days later and it took him over a week to call back and said he would come early next week which was last week. Didnt show up. Do i call him back again or call another guy? We like the work he does and the rates he charges but with the ProAction animal welfare audit coming i need these cows trimmed!!! There is a new young guy trying to get in the trimming business looking for work thinking of giving him a call. Whats appropriate? | |
