I know this is a question that is asked a lot but here is what I have going on: 2 black angus bulls, 1 is 4 years old and 1 is 20 months. Wanted to put them together with 55 bred cows on 60 acres of stalks with high tensile fence. Mistake or not? On the flip side, would it be bad to keep the young bull by himself until June? Thanks
May sound strange and maybe it doesn't make any difference but it has seemed to me in the past if I penned them across the fence from each other for a day or night or so they don't fight as much. Not sure if can prove it or not. |
