Much cheaper solution, if it is possible to have a overflow on your tank.

Put in a bleed valve so a little water runs all the time. Set float so it shuts off when tank is half full, that way a lot of the water coming out of the bleed valve is used, not wasted.

I'm guessing your wells are not deep. 1 hp pump might run 4 hours a day to keep all tanks open. 750 watts x 4 =3kw x .10 = 30 cents a day and part of that cost is providing water.
