$46-$53 would have owned black baldie cows like your red ones Saturday. Herefords and Holsteins would have been in the lower end of that range. We have a cow herd because bred cows were $43 while opens were $48 6-8 year ago and we had a bunch of volunteer wheat acres and corn stalks.
