they must not have the technology perfected yet, if you can see it horizon to horizon doesn't that mean it's just floating up in the atmosphere?

here's how I figure it, I know what causes contrails, if they were trying to spread some population control weaponized stuff, don't you think that they would have a way of applying it that wasn't so...ahhh.....noticeable?

it's the planes that are flying over that don't leave any contrails that I worry about
