I am in coastal South Carolina not far from the NC border. We are VERY WET!!!! We had a wet September, and then Matthew. We received 14 inches of rain in 30 to 36 hours from him. We have had beautiful blue skies since. I walked some cow fences Monday and it would be real easy to bog down even now.
