the maternity person did not " take advantage of " his wife
their frustration is misdirected and IMO very wrong, that is why I am harsh
her choice to do what she did, she could have asked for a temp to be hired
but to blame someone who is exercising her rights as an employee is foolish
See, that kind of attitude is one of the problems in this world. What kind of attitude you say? Its the attitude of maximizing your compensation while performing only at the minimum level required in your job description. Doing just enough to keep drawing a pay check.
