I'd put it on a semi. We have pulled the biggest little mini excavator (18k) that kubota makes on a 36' pj gooseneck. Pickup was a tonner dodge dually and it handled it ok. The pickup and trailer empty are 17.5k lbs. That 4430 being so far forward would be a problem I would think. Lots of semis out there for 3 thousand bucks and they are built for it.
