perryton, tx | Bone dry and hot. Sunday and Monday 25 year old record high temperatures were shattered before lunchtime-ended up at 102 and 101, respectively. For perspective normal high for mid October is 71 degrees. A "cold" front dropped it into the upper 70s today but supposed to be back to the 90s by the weekend. Last moisture we saw was early September and nothing in sight. | |
