I'm talking the kind that grow on trees or in the ground. I love cashews, I eat some every night. No telling how much I've spent on them over the years. I guess there's worse things to crave all the time....I like some of those things to unfortunately!
I buy cashews in the big 2 pound cans at Sams club. When I open a big can, I use it to fill 5-6 of the little 12oz cans that I store in the refrigerator to keep them fresh, slowly emptying 1 can at a time until it is time to open another 2 pounder and refill all the little ones.
I will eat several small handfuls per day. One of the small pleasures I allow myself.
