southern Alberta | Friend of my son at Swift Current had his snowmobile out a week ago. Not much snow but lots of crop still out here still got 1200 acres of standing wheat and kinda standing barley. Sure we have lost 20 bus / acre in the barley because it's on the ground. Didn't swath , past experiance, we don't get a lot of snow usually, and it will dry faster standing. Good lesson for starting out son, it's not yours till its in the bin. | |
