| Put a plus and minus board up in your shop, as you help each other or borrow stuff back-and-forth with neighbours, you add pluses and minuses to the board, once a year you either even it out or decide it's not worth evening out. By having the board you also get an idea of what is important to everyone, some people don't think anything is that big a deal unless it gets out of hand, and other people like to keep track of even small things. Either way it works fine, and it gives you a bit of a written record of where your stuff is. | |
