We sell about half of what we can't store to a guy a few miles away with a hog integration operation. I like that they're not real picky on TW or FM, use same discounts as local co-op. I don't like that in his words "hog farmer, not elevator." You have 2 options:sell cash (he does have a posted basis) or take it somewhere else. So you have to hedge it to really market it.
