His house is only 2+ years old and I assume the softener is the same .
He wants me to dig a trench for him to get rid of the water, which I said I will but I never heard of grit coming from a softener and destroying pumps before.
Its his dime but I hate to see him go and spend the time and money and the pumps still gets destroyed.
