does the engine turn over

I assume it's a 6 volt system

it has a set of points and a condenser plus a coil, so does it have spark when you try to start it?

have you taken the single throat carburetor apart to make certain it's clean?  does the fuel pump supply fuel?

I kind of suspect you know all this stuff from the amount of antique tractors in your possession but we need more details of what you've tried.
